Refunds

Digital goods and memberships. Because access is immediate, these are non-refundable once used. If something is broken or you were charged twice, write to hello@elwave.fun and we will sort it out.

Physical merch. Fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, provided the item is unworn and in its packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged.

Cancelled shows. If a neuroconcert is cancelled and not rescheduled, tickets are refunded in full.
